Basically the same combination as Wednesday: rice with sake furikake, 4 gyoza, hard-boiled egg, red pepper strips and snap peas, and a fruit cup (grapes, cantaloupe and honeydew).
I'm looking forward to satisfying and comforting bento lunches next week; nothing gets you through finals week like food! ^_^ I've been using what few spare minutes I've had the past couple of days planning out my meals with Just Bento's weekly meal planner with bento. I have a major weakness for making lists and anything cute like the bento diagram on this workshieet! We'll see how closely I stick to the plan... I know that one day will definitely be a Southern-themed bento (a shout-out to my Louisiana roots).
Tomorrow, since I have 'nothing' to do except write 15 pages of essay, I might have to try out my new nigiri mold and use the lovely piece of sashimi grade tuna I splurged on this week at the grocery store... and, if I'm feeling particularly adventurous (which I usually am) I may even brave spam musubi. Oh my. :)
